Each SANHWE creation is as unique as the person behind it. As we craft numerous bespoke scents, formulas are not automatically stored. If you would like to recreate your scent in the future, we recommend opting for formula preservation during your experience. Reorders are subject to ingredient availability and production timelines, and where necessary, we’ll work with you to recreate the essence of your original scent.

Natural fragrances are crafted primarily from botanical ingredients such as essential oils, absolutes, concretes and plant extracts, while conventional fragrances are created primarily with aroma molecules manufactured in the lab. Botanical fragrances celebrate the richness and natural variation of plant materials, whereas conventional fragrances offer greater consistency, longevity and creative flexibility. At SANHWE, we create both, but our passion is rooted in botanical perfumery.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Since each event is thoughtfully curated and often involves venue bookings, ingredients, collaborations, and personalized preparations, we kindly request advance notice for any changes. Depending on the event and the timing of your request, rescheduling, ticket transfers, or credits towards a future event may be available.
Children above 16 years are welcome to participate when accompanied and supervised by an adult. Some experiences may have age recommendations depending on the materials and activities involved.
