Natural fragrances are crafted primarily from botanical ingredients such as essential oils, absolutes, concretes and plant extracts, while conventional fragrances are created primarily with aroma molecules manufactured in the lab. Botanical fragrances celebrate the richness and natural variation of plant materials, whereas conventional fragrances offer greater consistency, longevity and creative flexibility. At SANHWE, we create both, but our passion is rooted in botanical perfumery.
Each SANHWE creation is as unique as the person behind it. As we craft numerous bespoke scents, formulas are not automatically stored. If you would like to recreate your scent in the future, we recommend opting for formula preservation during your experience. Reorders are subject to ingredient availability and production timelines, and where necessary, we’ll work with you to recreate the essence of your original scent.
Yes. You’ll have access to a carefully curated selection of fragrance materials and guidance throughout the process. While we simplify the art of perfumery to make it accessible to everyone, the result is a fragrance that is uniquely your own.

Yes. Each experience package includes a choice between perfume oils and alcohol-based perfumes. To ensure a seamless experience, the same option selected will apply to all participants within the booking. If you require a combination of both formats within the same experience, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements at a fee.

We understand that unexpected changes happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate them. However, as our experiences often involve specially sourced ingredients, customized preparations, and detailed planning unique to each booking, we kindly ask that rescheduling requests be made as early as possible.
