We develop fragrances in both perfume oil and alcohol-based fors. While SANHWE is rooted in botanical perfumery and natural fragrance creation, we also formulate conventional fragrances and hybrid compositions that can combine natural ingredients with carefully selected aroma molecules or aroma molecules only to meet different creative and performance goals.
There is no minimum order quantity for fragrance development. However, minimums for production and private label projects vary depending on the product type, packaging, and manufacturing requirements. We’ll discuss the most suitable option during your consultation.
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of revisions, ingredient availability, and production requirements. Most bespoke fragrance development projects are completed within 4–12 weeks, while larger private label or manufacturing projects may require additional time.
Yes. We can assist with sourcing bottles, closures, labels, packaging, and other components through our trusted suppliers. You’re also welcome to supply your own packaging if you already have preferred vendors
Yes. Depending on your project, we can develop fragrances for products such as body oils, body mists, candles, room sprays, and other scented applications.
Ownership of the fragrance formula depends on the scope of your project and the agreement between SANHWE and your brand. Some projects include exclusive ownership or licensing options, while others remain part of SANHWE’s intellectual property. We’ll discuss these options during the consultation so expectations are clear from the onset.
Yes. We provide services to clients both within Ghana and internationally. Consultations can be held virtually, and we can arrange sample shipments and final product delivery to many countries. Shipping times and import requirements may vary depending on your location.
Yes. We treat every project with professionalism and discretion. If required, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing confidential concepts.
Your project begins with a Brand Discovery Consultation. A consultation fee of GHS 350 is payable when your booking is confirmed. During this session, we’ll explore your brand, goals, fragrance direction, and project requirements. If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and remaining investment.
The Brand Discovery Consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise dedicated to understanding your project and providing tailored guidance.
